What we collect

Only what you choose to share: your email address when you subscribe or request your starting point, and any details you provide in a form (such as your name, organization, or role for a discovery request). Our forms are processed through Netlify Forms.

How we use it

To send you your starting point and the free first chapter, to deliver The Bandwidth Note™ if you subscribe, and to respond to your inquiries. That's it.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it except as needed to operate these services. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Diagnostic information

Our diagnostics produce no scores or grades. For organizations, individual responses stay confidential; leadership receives only aggregated, anonymized patterns, and reports are released only once a minimum of five participants has been met — never tied to a named individual.
