Organizations begin with a short discovery conversation, then a briefing or a 30-day pilot (5–25 employees). Employees get confidential clarity; leadership receives anonymized, aggregate findings only — never individual results.
How is organizational data kept private?
Individual responses stay confidential. Leadership only ever sees aggregated, anonymized patterns, and reports are released only once a minimum of five participants has been met.
